a) Keyword Research:

Bonavista Web Inc. will complete a keyword research report that identifies your web site's keyword strengths and weaknesses. However, before starting our keyword research we need to sit down with your marketing team and take note of the markets you want to boost, what your vectors are, and what your seasonal requirements are. Only after gathering this information from your team can we begin our keyword research.

When we carry out our keyword research we must create a comprehensive list of keywords, and keyword phrases, that you wish to have a strong presence for in the search engine results. We must identify the keywords that you want to spend time optimizing and advertising for. We do not want to waste time on keywords that will not result in customer conversions.

We categorize keywords for your business model into three color categories. Red, Green, and Yellow.

- Green is a keyword that we will target and will likely not require extensive testing.
- Yellow is a keyword that we want to test for a limited period to see how well is converts into paying customers.
- Red is a keyword that we do not want to target and will likely never consider testing.

We will provide an Excel spreadsheet in which your in-house team can review, so you can provide input at this stage of setting up content planning. You may not want to be involved at this stage, and choose to let us handle these decisions.

We will launch your business blog. This blog will be managed daily. We will make daily post(s). The frequency must be random and natural for the best results. We handle theme design, blog layout, image editing, and plugin/module configuration.

For this we require a Mysql Database on a new directory entitled "blog". We require the latest Mysql database and the latest PHP version. We will need access to this directory with our FTP client software for control of the file permissions within the "blog" directory. If you are hosting the your domain on a third party hosting provider, we can setup the database myself with a temporary login privilege. If you are hosting your domain on your own Apache server, we will need to setup the mysql database. We can do this together if required.
